Eric Keepers is a licensed PA attorney specializing in the areas of insurance bad faith and class action law suits. Mr. Keepers received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law. During his time at Widener University he was the senior editor of the Widener Journal of Public Law. Eric received the American Jurisprudence Award for Civil Procedure, Property, Torts, Constitutional Law and Secured Transactions. Also while studying at Widener, Mr. Keepers spent two years as a judicial clerk to the Honorable James P. Cullen of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
Eric was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in1995. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Keepers has built his experience while working for a Lancaster County firm. He is also actively involved in the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Eric is a co-author for their Newsletters’ Bad Faith Case Notes. Eric is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations.
