Following Randall's graduation from college, he received a full tuition scholarship to attend the Dickinson School of Law where he received his J.D. in 2005. While there, Randall served as the Captain of the National Appellate Moot Court team as well as a Managing Editor of the Journal of American Arbitration. Randall also received the George F. Douglas Jr. Award for the highest grade in the school's intensive trial advocacy program and the CALI Award for his excellence in negotiations.

As a practicing attorney, Randall has a vast array of litigation experience at both the trial and appellate level. He has previously practiced in Pittsburgh and at a large Lancaster County firm. In addition to trying a number of matters to successful conclusions, Randall has appeared before both the Commonwealth and Superior Courts and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
